Shipping

At Autism Enabled, orders are dispatched usually within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your request. For urgent overnight orders that need to go out the same day, the order needs to be placed before 2:30 pm EST.

Items which are bulky, not readily available or need customization will not qualify for Next Day/Second Day shipping.

You will be contacted if:

  • Your shipping charges on express delivery, based on an estimate, goes up. Your approval will be sought on revised estimates.
  • Your dispatch gets delayed owing to unforeseeable circumstances or unavailability of the item. We will inform you of the next possible date of shipment.

Easy Returns

Autism Enabled has easy and customer-friendly returns policy. Ultimately, a happy customer is what we want. The procedure to initiate returns is simple.

  • Visit My Account page and submit Return Request.
  • Alternately, call Customer Service at 844-490-2625/203-616-2850.
  • Or write to us at returns@hpfy.com

Get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our Customer Service before returning the item. Orders returned without obtaining RA# will be entitled to only In-Store Credit that can be used towards future purchases.

For the RA#:

  • Visit My Account and then Order History.
  • Click on Return Order and fill in order details on the form and submit.
  • RA# will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days.

In the absence of an email, alternate arrangements will be made to provide the RA#. Once you receive RA#, write it down on the package to be returned.

For faster process, please give us your Return Tracking Number. 

Please remember:

  • You have to pay the return shipping charges unless the item you received was damaged, defective, not what you had ordered or we were responsible for a shipping error.
  • All return orders qualify for a standard 15% restocking fee. 
  • No refund will be made on outbound shipping charges.
  • $99 will be deducted on orders that qualified for free shipping.

Returns Policy

  • The eligible return period for refund is within 30 days of delivery.
  • In-Store Credit will be applied if returned item is received within 31 and 90 days of delivery.
  • No returns, with or without RA, will be honored after 90 days of order fulfillment.
  • The returned item should be in its original packaging accompanied by all parts and accessories.
  • Returns will be accepted only if unused and in re-saleable condition. 

The entire refund process may take around 3 to 4 weeks. It involves review of the returned item followed by approval. Then refund gets transferred to your credit card or the original payment mode.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable because of health and safety reasons:

  • Opened personal care items.
  • Toilet items unless unopened or in original packaging.
  • Anything opened, used or has been tried on.
  • All hygienic and customized products.

Products that bear the following symbols are non-returnable:

Despite our commitment to customers, circumstances may force us to take the final decision regarding returns. These include errors, market fluctuations as well as product discontinuation. Sometimes an image displayed on Autism Enabled may show accessories which are not included in the actual order. This can be misleading and we expect our customers to take this into consideration.
